Welcome.
I’m Morgan.
I’m so glad you found this corner of the internet. Life with disability or chronic illness is hard. So here we believe in the power of community and compassion and finding ways to make it less hard. I blend my background in medicine with lived experience of invisible disability to create an environment where you can show up just as you are. I’ve collected a library of tools on this healing journey – both ancient and modern – and I’d love to share them with you.

About Adaptive Yoga
It’s truly just yoga. But modern yoga classes tend to cater towards able-bodied folks wanting to get a workout in. So adding the “adaptive” to the beginning helps to show those in the disability community that these classes welcome you – with whatever abilities you bring. Morgan combines her medical background and specialized training with lived experience with invisible disabilities. She provides a safe and inclusive yoga environment tailored for individuals with disabilities, special abilities, or chronic illnesses. These classes promote connection, understanding, and support, allowing everyone to thrive.
