One-on-One Yoga

Compassionate movement. Personalized support. Just for you.

Whether you’re looking for support with balance, strength, rest, stress relief, or simply space to breathe and reconnect with your body—these private yoga sessions are crafted to meet you, just as you are.

These sessions are one-on-one, live (virtual or in-person), and fully personalized. Together, we’ll co-create a yoga practice that honors your body, your goals, and your lived experience. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have years of experience, each session is tailored to your current energy, needs, and preferences.

You can expect:

  • Gentle, adaptive movement at your pace
  • Modifications and support for injuries, illness, or disability
  • A focus on regulation, breath, and mindful presence
  • A safe and inclusive space, where you’re free to show up however you are

These sessions are especially welcoming for folks living with chronic illness, brain injury, neurodivergence, disability, or those seeking trauma-aware, nervous-system-informed movement.

While I am currently training as a yoga therapist, these 1:1 sessions are not yoga therapy. They are personalized yoga sessions, grounded in yoga principles and taught with care, but they are not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions.

If you’re unsure whether private yoga is right for your situation, I’m happy to talk with you about it—no pressure.
